  1. They should sue themselves for not doing their job. For letting the protesters pass through the barriers. For describing the incident as a coordinated insurrection, debunked by the FBI and other actors.

  2. Democratic politicians who incited it and democratic attorneys/prosecutors/judges who provided bail, leniency and zero punishments for the rioters won't be sued either. Neither will those responsible for letting the riots continue for months. Everyone's still glued to Jan. 6.
