  2. The country is flooded with corruption, but it isn't "corrupt" to arrest opponents. It's authoritarian and maybe unjustified, which we can presume is true in a country like Africa. I wonder if that continent ever will recover and manage to build something meaningful without violence and letting everyone be pushed down to the bottom.
