  2. There's a difference between having a clear pattern of extremist beliefs and violent planning, with randomly out of the blue looking up weird stuff online. This guy ticked several alarming boxes, and got charged accordingly.

  3. The guy was purchasing and researching on how to manufacture and use a bomb. Obviously violent intents. He was not charged for his beliefs. All radical individuals that cherishes violent acts should be tracked and placed behind bars for everyone's safety, no matter their political leaning.
