Seems self-explanatory that every military personnel should be required to take a vaccine if they're travelling abroad, spending time in close vicinity of many different people, and considering that good health is the goal and a prerequisite to participate in the military. Frankly, it should be obligatory for all, but especially first responders and those working in high-risk fields. But I can see why a mandatory mandate isn't implemented yet, since FDA hasn't given a full approval.
