  1. It really hasn't. Most of China's population like their government. Dissent is rare. Hong Kongers does even for the most part support the new security legislation imposed by China. UK should leave the territory and be quiet if they can't support well-needed policies to reinforce stability, growth and civilized order.

  2. China is technically still honoring the agreement, these news laws does only affect those trying to behave in action and supporting stances that undermines order and stability. HK is still comprehensively unaffected, unless you're a vandal, a terrorist or someone that supporters an illogical movement seeking to shame the police, release violent convicts, and destroy the city.
