  2. It sounds as if the report is pronouncing the word "conservative" with the phrase "kon cer va-tive". For those unaware of the word, it'd be impossible to grasp what she's saying. The Indian accent isn't great when it comes to speaking english. Like nails scraping a chalkboard.
