  1. It's "uncommon" because it's abhorrently stupid. US troops are for the most part protecting residents around the world, their own country, and tries to uphold global peace. Many of the actual jihadists classified as terrorists are killing off women, children, and everyone in their way to enforce a distorted interpretation of religious doctrines. They have no sense of humanity. No legitimacy. Yet you're out here defending these despicable murderers?

  2. All the lines and connections to the finance world with these Taliban actors should be cut. That's how the rebels are strangled. The problem is of course how to detect every single one of them and the fraudulent attempts to circumvent sanctions and laws.
