Relying on a volatile market such as oil has been a huge failure for Venezuela. The country's suppressive policies that hurts and destroys its population has resulted in sanctions as well. A continuation of the brutal Maduro regime is very negative for Venezuelans and the globe. It's unfortunate that Maduro has the ability to continue cheating to stay in powoer.
