  1. Not much treatment will be effective on the obese. Their immune system is shattered and their ability to rehabilitate from many of the self-inflicted wounds is very weakened. Fighting against the obesity epidemic should be a high priority in every country.

  2. Mexico are almost as obese per capita as the USA. Several arab states are more obese than USA. That's something that often is forgotten in the debate.
