  1. It'll be reported but leaders/both political sides won't in unison suggest to do what it takes to prevent these attacks. Nobody will see ties to religion. To a broken, uneducated and superstitious culture that must be assimilated by coercion to civilized standards.Did this even occur under "apartheid" or colonialization to the same degree? It's almost as if many of these countries can't be ruled by its people.
