  1. This is the future. Artificial farms, high-tech greenhouses, and lab-based meat/food being the main source of nutrition for human beings, at a low cost and with a sustainable production model. It's inevitable.

  2. Creating lab copies of nutritional food through genetic engineering/editing will probably become the norm. Maintaining the healthy and nutritional parts is likely something that can be done, otherwise it wouldn't be seen as a valid alternative. I haven't heard that the nutrition would dissolve completely through these processes.
