  1. Good. Saves resources and prevents suffering. The only worry is that those who aren't sick and those who use manipulative tactics to receive approval to be euthanized could abuse it. But that's presumably thought about, and likely prevented. Only those in dire irreversible conditions should be able to go through with it.
