  2. North Korea is a sickening place full of maniacs at the top. Most countries would cooperate and back down nuclear weapon development if harshly pushed in that direction. North Korea decided to continuously brainwash their population into blaming the US and Europe for their misdeeds, claim that North Koreans are better off than the rest of the world, and therefore rationalize wasting capital on their nuclear development. We never know how Kim Jong Un may use his weapons. He's impulsive, cold, insane and borderline psychopathic. He may fire them at any point, which is why the world is worried.
