  2. They've already built renewable sources, cities covered in plants/trees, and plans to ban single-use plastics. So no, they'll probably deliver. But gradually.

  3. They have been delivering in this department. You can dislike and be skeptical of a country/leadership but still acknowledge when the right decisions are made. China has built green eco-cities and I doubt they're lying about the plans here.
