  2. Maybe, maybe not. Could be a coincidence. But it's certainly ironic. I remember reading the article about this IMF and World bank donation on Reuters this morning. Laughed so hard. Hundreds of millions dollars were essentially sent to the military, and now the military seized power unconditionally lmao

  3. The donation is to quickly assist Myanmar or other impoverished countries during the coronavirus pandemic. The money can't be taken back and can be used for whatever, related to medicine/healthcare.
