The vaccines created by pharmaceutical corporations in India seems to be at most 60% effective, compared with Astra, Moderna, Biontech/Pfizer, and some others with an increased efficiency on top of the market right now. But yeah, prescriptions is generally mass produced in India and i'm sure countries will feel the need to purchase the vaccine manufactured in India too, but with slight lower priority, if it is officially approved by independent bodies.
