Good. I'm surprised that Duterte hasn't stepped his foot down against this earlier during his tenure. Child marriage and abusing minors that naturally can't consent is an abhorrent value that should be removed everywhere.

15-16 isn't necessarily too young, no, since bodies are developed at that stage and, they're relatively grown up and since many appear like women at that age. However, many may be too young mentally and may not know what they're doing if they're 15-16. But, that does also apply to 18 year olds. 21 year olds. Maybe even 25 year olds. So, where do you set the limit?
