...that's the side-effect that some people may experience from taking a vaccine. There's nothing wrong, strange or dangerous about that. Don't fearmonger.

Why? These countries survives and in some situations thrives because of relying on developed foreign governments and foreign companies helping out. These African countries can't afford nor have the capacity to make their own vaccines, medicine and live in self-reliance.
