Ahh, that explains the special texture consisting of tasty and heavy chunks in the ice cream. The founders hadn't a great sense of smell/taste, so it had to be amplified. Interesting.

I doubt these corporations would publicly speak about what they're doing if they violated these ducks, the biodiversity and if they conducted a form of animal abuse. All the ducklings probably leave together with its family, and the eiderdown left ends up redundant which leaves to these corporations being able to ethically use it.

Real life looters making some profitable investments.

I think that's his standard facial expression most of the time. Or perhaps he's got an overly positive and grateful attitude on life as a whole, considering that Vietnam is a country that has suffered from a great level of misery, poverty and oppression throughout its existence, which has gradually improved the past decades since the country has slowly but surely shifted ideological stances. That may lead to people feeling happy about growth and betterment seen in real time.

Larger corporations with rich CEOs has more expenditures in total and can therefore require aid to sustain its operations during crises. A lot of job losses would arise otherwise. It's not like these CEOs has billions of dollars of liquid cash in their bank accounts that they could use to pay off everything. If these corporations were to receive financial assistance, however, they shouldn't be able to evade paying taxes by setting up HQ's abroad/finding loopholes, using the practise of buying back stocks to inflate one's value or paying out dividends when other priorities should be made. The federal state are looking to make such restrictions in the next stimulus package, so that small businesses and those who truly need support are prioritized higher.

@TheLiamster And you see the effects of that. Lawlessness in some areas. A powerless police, often leading to many injured/dead police officers during tough situations. Criminal networks and certain migrant groups wreaking havoc in some cities. We need a heavily militarized police in order to stamp out threats and enemies.
53
It's just a nice accessory made for extra comfortability and decoration.
34
Yep. As long as the cultural element enriches the globe, which this arguably does.
32
I'm proud of the NYPD. I hope they remain in place with resources provided to sustain their necessary presence and capability. This budget is justifiable.
31
Because it's useless to try and appeal to an ill-informed and screamy mob who's trying to ruin all businesses, pundits and private citizens that defends law enforcement or the usage of these tear gas practises against lawbreaking culprits. Glad that the business is growing, frankly. We need stronger law enforcement, not a dismantled or downsized one. Even the mob will realize the importance of the police when they're personally infringed upon by criminals or due to a lack of police presence.
28
Can't believe that an insane lawbreaker could result in so much unjustified, fake and laughable outrage. This world is a joke.
28
That this industry exists and is so centered around the US and the developed world goes to show what a life of luxury many of us live in.
25
@Michael20 Always has been. Can't blame them for rapidly adjusting to the market to succeed by meeting the demand.
22
The media loves presenting the narrative that we should fear the cops, those who protect us. It couldn't be further from the truth. The criminals, terrorists and agitators are those we should focus on.
20
Non-affluent individuals would probably be pleased to receive a roof over their head. Western individuals with high standards of living on the other hand? No. Unless they're looking for an adventure.
18
They wouldn't rely on one company trying to defraud them, no. Optimally, the government should shut down any corporation or movement trying to dismantle and destroy for our police. The police are a necessity for peace and stability. Even the rebellious saboteurs on the streets will one day notice their importance.
17
Exactly. The shootings, assaults, robberies, theft and heavy crime occurred and were reported in these neighbourhoods. That leads to the police naturally directing their resources on policing such high-risk areas. Has nothing to do with implicit or unfair "biases" that every center/left-wing journalist/pundit tries to insinuate. Follow the law and behave properly and you won't be impacted by our law enforcement.
16
@ayushkumar-bg1xf India has toilets now? I heard even the national Toilet program failed a few years back. The people didn't wanna abandon their cultural habits of defecating on the streets, forest or gardens.
12
@scorcher46 Did you watch the video? ~70% of the crabs with 2 claws removed dies. ~50% with one claw removed dies. Some regenerate and can keep on living as normal up until they're caught again, but the practise fishermen uses doesn't seem harmless nor foolproof.

Powerful cars with great aesthetics. I'd purchase one if I could afford it.
8
The translation of the english term "gong" in my native language is "gonggong". Very creative indeed.
8
What the heck are you saying? Self-proclaimed? No. Even if the inaccurate racist part was true, what does that have to do with using tear gas? And no, once again, peaceful protesters aren't being sprayed with tear gas. Only the unlawful, toxic and rebellious ones who deserves it.
7
Trump's responses in all of these scenarios are pretty much justified. Why is Business Insider not presenting the public with unbiased reportings?
6
@universal_pawn7442 He seems to have a difficulty expressing himself. Rambles a little. Unstable. Maybe that's just prejudices based on his short appearance in the video, but I can sympathize with what Thahn is referring to. I wonder if relatively unstable people are attracted to the fields where you work with death, such as graveyards, coffin manufacturing or morgues. Or if you become relatively unstable as the time passes by while working in these fields.
6
We need more use of tear gas. Perhaps the country wouldn't be as disorderly, disruptive and unstable then.
6
Short answer: Because the costs for companies tends to be way too high, and there's almost never any room to build up a financial buffer to tackle unexpected crises that lasts for months. Without appropriate bailouts, we'd see tens of millions more people losing their jobs, experience a recession, mass unemployment an a complete economic crash. Nobody wished to see that, hence why the Fed, administration, banks and some public officials were ready to apply appropriate measures to stimulate.
5
Sarah The answer to such societal defects isn't to downsize those who are capable of dispersing and preventing the undesired phenomenas from occurring. The answer isn't to send social workers to handle shootouts, attacks, assault, rapes, and hostile rioters. The answer is a heavily armed and strongly supported law enforcement with substantial authority and legal ability to do what's required to protect us.
5
Same. I'm glad to see massive police budgets, considering that those working in these PD's are the backbone and cornerstone of our nation. I just wish the authority were expanded so they for real could remove every societal threat more rapidly. The police and those protecting us are very limited today, leading to criminals and those who shouldn't be here taking over.
5
The problem with the vegan culture is that it has a whole lot problem with mental illness, nutrition deficiencies, hyperbolic "moralism", and consists of individuals that you likely shouldn't even touch with nippers. In the end eating insects, artificially lab-produced products and plants isn't precisely preferrable nor healthy in the long run.
5
Crypto and investment proposals, the most astroturfed and faked conversation on the internet. I don't know if that's the case here, but every time I see crypto/Bitcoin mentioned on YouTube, there's a bunch of bots trying to bait people into investing into it. Many impressionable will be deceived by it.

But the flower is vastly overrated. I've never had a real desire to consume or enjoy it.
4
The president never stated that anybody should inject "poisonous substances". Who hired these extremely politicized journalists?
3
Bring your unsubstantiated and low-iq conspiracies elsewhere, thanks.
3
As they should be.
3
The ones targeted weren't peaceful. The chaos, violence and destruction was caused by the entire protest group. Even if a person in the demonstration didn't commit crimes, they still caused unrest by participating. So after ignoring orders and resisting the cops, they rightfully got sprayed. What's the problem with that?

Dating is the last priority that a responsible and careful person should have right now. Should be strictly forbidden to make sure that the virus is contained. That people still are dating during this time shows the desperation, lack of self-control and individualist poison that has infiltrated the youth's and our society's core.

Please translate to english speech for future reference so we don't have to go back and forth from listening and reading. News channels tends to do so.
2
@tamiyo1999 They've normalized drug-usage though. Pretty appalling and a regressive policy. Slowly but surely creating a drug-addict state.
2
Really cool stuff. Expecting to see at least 6 of these bullet train systems with magnetism as a basis and zero air-resistence, to cover 6 continents from North-South or West-East in the decades to come. Think about it, rapid travelling, zero pollution (part of the electrification), an exciting way of moving around, and easy access to new tourist locations.
2
Pure poetry.
2
@johnwig285 Makes sense. But the sale of these drugs no matter who does it is still a threat to the country and its consumers. But the regulations should be more standardized so it's applied on all drugs, including tobacco/alcohol.
2
I've always felt uncomfortable when standing in close vicinity of these religious carpets. The amount of symbols, the old design and scent always turns me off.
2
@ericvulgate A government that works to get rid of hard drug use and criminality is fighting evil, not the other way around. Shame that the US dems and republicans gave up the fight at the expense of its people, once again.
2
This eco-friendly world looks promising. Now we just need to convince every society to embrace these efficient methods to reshape society.
2
Heroes.
2
They better donate to charities :')
2
Tl:dr, Index funds are attractive and safe investments, but make sure to get educated prior to getting into tracking and making predictions on the stock market.
2
The devastating impacts of illegal drug trade, production and usage should be on everyone' agenda, and should certainly be countered by force. Imagine bringing up the anti-drug efforts as an attempt to paint out our officers in a bad light. We need more initiatives taken against these sort of societal issues. More repercussions and clarity.
2
@souravsingh999 Why did such a large proportion of Indians reject using clean, sanitary and modern toilets? It's kind of expected if they're looking to join 1st world nations and their advanced track.
2
Why would they provide the potatoes to charities and the public in some communities? Wouldn't that decrease the demand for potatoes further and impact farmers businesses?
