  1.  @TheLiamster  And you see the effects of that. Lawlessness in some areas. A powerless police, often leading to many injured/dead police officers during tough situations. Criminal networks and certain migrant groups wreaking havoc in some cities. We need a heavily militarized police in order to stamp out threats and enemies.

  2. I'm proud of the NYPD. I hope they remain in place with resources provided to sustain their necessary presence and capability. This budget is justifiable.

  3. They wouldn't rely on one company trying to defraud them, no. Optimally, the government should shut down any corporation or movement trying to dismantle and destroy for our police. The police are a necessity for peace and stability. Even the rebellious saboteurs on the streets will one day notice their importance.

The shootings, assaults, robberies, theft and heavy crime occurred and were reported in these neighbourhoods.That leads to the police naturally directing their resources on policing such high-risk areas. Has nothing to do with implicit or unfair "biases" that every center/left-wing journalist/pundit tries to insinuate. Follow the law and behave properly and you won't be impacted by our law enforcement.

  5.  Sarah  The answer to such societal defects isn't to downsize those who are capable of dispersing and preventing the undesired phenomenas from occurring. The answer isn't to send social workers to handle shootouts, attacks, assault, rapes, and hostile rioters. The answer is a heavily armed and strongly supported law enforcement with substantial authority and legal ability to do what's required to protect us.

  6. Same. I'm glad to see massive police budgets, considering that those working in these PD's are the backbone and cornerstone of our nation. I just wish the authority were expanded so they for real could remove every societal threat more rapidly. The police and those protecting us are very limited today, leading to criminals and those who shouldn't be here taking over.
