The bill has been withdrawn (for now) and included the ability to film and publish info about the police if you do it with integrity and on a serious basis, without trying to cause harm or harassing the police. Yet the riot-loving troublemakers wanted to make a big deal about it, because they realize that their determination to terrorize, sabotage and protest harshly whenever they don't get their way, would be restricted. I hope Macron goes along with passing the bill anyway.

@Burevestnik9M730 His economic policy sucks and his sympathies with communist ideology along with socialist states isn't great. His response to the corona has been a complete embarrassment too. He's terrible. But France adopting his authoritarian tendencies would be good. Bad for the anarchists and jihadists, but who cares about them?

Has a civilized and law-abiding person ever been negatively impacted by police intervention? I doubt it. Police "brutality" is also justified against severe wrongdoers whom can't respect the country, the people or the guidelines that everyone has to follow.
