  2. Some very paranoid and unstable actions by the perpetrator who were high on drugs here. Hard to deny that the police did the right thing under the prevailing circumstances. They tried to negotiate, deescalate and peacefully arrest him. When a reciprocal vision weren't showcased, harder measures had to be applied. Repulsive to see that the police has been charged and humiliated globally for what he did. Goes to show that a large chunk of humanity is a sheepish clump of meat with no reason or rationality.
