  1.  @johndoe-so2ef  I was once shouted at in Middlesbrough (that’s the original Middlesbrough 🙂👍🏻) by a group of who I think were, Pakistani lads. “Gringo! Gringo! Bloody Gringo!” they were calling me. The only reason I remember this is because, many years ago I was a huge fan of the goth rock group: The Cure and as I was walking along and being shouted at by these fellows I was dressed head to foot in black. My hair was crimped, dyed black and all stuck up and back-combed (as though I had been electrocuted) just like Robert Smith of the Cure had his at the time. And er.. yes this is the only reason I remember it happening:- I couldn’t and still cannot work out how GOTH and GRINGO go together ?!
