We have been out of lockdown since July 2021. Masks on public transport and supermarkets again but hardly enforced.
17
Vincent Dolphin Yes. It's not NWO either. Just stupid teenage nonsense.
4
@jacktaylor7690 It's been normal since July what you talking about?
4
@joorbombas336 Out of lockdown since July 2021
3
@debbiecurtis4021 What? You're on YouTube!? If you don't want a response don't post on a PUBLIC forum,
3
@butters_ My rhetoric? No this something different it's called Science
3
@gregkinslow6211 What on earth are you talking about? Was 2002 fake? 2012?
2
@kevinwake8789 Im from Manchester, North west. No masks anywhere in terms of pubs or restaurants. I was out in Stockport yesterday, nice pub, no masks.
2
Benedict Hampus Not been to a match yet. Double jabbed then got Covid then got boosted so not a more this virus can throw at me. Omicron appears to be less severe so as far as I'm concerned now, I'm back to normal.
2
@conniechauke8804 When came out of lockdown in May, pubs outside. July, inside then masks off. Planes and clubs a bit more tricky. Omicron may be a good thing. Mass infection with a much lower severity. Hopefully the NHS can cope.
2
@butters_ Do you prefer the nonsense spread by nut jobs? Covid is fake? Spread by 5G? Germ theory is fake? Vaccines have microchips?
2
@butters_ Not really, I AM 55 (not 52) Degree applied Biology but I still follow the science. I understand it pretty well, it's kind of my thing.
2
I'm not a Boris hater or supporter and I am not a Tory. I think the government did some good things during COVID19 but that was 95% Scientific community 5% Government. With this latest sleeze? Rule breaking? He has to go. For the sake of his party who are still running the country.
1
@ringod123 No, it doesn't work like that
1
@penelopewebling1085 Who are they?
1
@smallGatsby Yeah they loved paying me for 3 months to sit my ass. It was awesome
1
@kevinwake8789 No you don't. I'm from the UK
1
@crawford1083 0.2%? It's closer to 1% or higher possibly. We have the Vaccines now so the death rate has plummeted since last January. This is discounting long COVID19.
1
@gregkinslow6211 Yes it does, mandatory means you have to. Masks are not mandatory in pubs or restaurants.
1
@debbiecurtis4021 Speak for yourself if you are determined to swallow any old teenage conspiracy nonsense that's up to you. Sensible people are just getting on with things.
1
@QwadLuzr Perhaps you are a conspiracy nut job I don't know. Everyone has suffered during the pandemic, some more than others. Most are vaxed now so have to move on.
1
@Josh23761 I've not been asked once to wear a mask let alone to provide a passport. Unless you object to wearing a mask on the bus? Tesco?
1
@Josh23761 They may ask for a passport for larger venues. Would that be an issue? The unvaccinated are more dangerous to themselves and the NHS.
1
@butters_ Are unvaccinated at more risk of getting sick? From COVID19? Are you serious?
1
@butters_ Yes REALLY. Just check PHE, UKHSA,
1
@butters_ I don't have to be an expert, I have consensus of the scientific community. I am not giving out medical advice apart from get jabbed. You disapprove of that?
1
@butters_ Really? I am very good at my job and there is a life science part to it. Like I said, I don't have demonstrate anything about myself just points that are based on the numbers. Just check ONS, PHE/UKHSA. Next one is due out 13.1.22
1
@butters_ So people should just make their own minds up? Rather than listen to the recommendations from scientific community? Should we do that with all medical conditions?
1
@butters_ Yes, I am saying that. Healthy people under 50 have died from COVID19 more will have long lasting affects. Vaccines work on populations not on individuals. That is how diseases are eradicated. It certainly does not work on individuals just deciding they will probably be ok because of something they have read on Facebook Twitter or YouTube. What is the recommendation by the UKHSA? It's get vaccinated. WHO? Get vaccinated.
1
@butters_ January 2021 we were at ten times the death numbers and 4 X hospital cases of Delta. Same number of cases. Just check ONS.
1
@butters_ Numbers exaggerated? From where? These are mirrored all over the globe. Are you telling me all those Drs and Scientists have just decided to make stuff up? Also yes Smallpox was eradicated by the vaccine. The Vaccine will not eradicate covid but if enough get it then less people will end up in hospital. That was demonstrated already with Delta
1
@butters_ As I have said several times now this is Scientific consensus, it's ZERO to do with my 'view.'
1
@butters_ And mine. I can't post links
1
Google PHE technical briefing also UKHSA. Data up to 23.12.21. Also Check ONS, Check Jan 2021 numbers compared to Delta.
1
@kevinwake8789 Thanks for that. For me so far I have not used my passport because even though I am double and boosted I have not downloaded it from the app. You have to wear a mask on public transport but this is not enforced. I went lots of pubs and two clubs (gigs) over Xmas, no mask or passport. I don't doubt big venues will have it. Do you disagree with ALL the proposals? Most adult age groups have very high vaccination percentages by now.
1
@kevinwake8789 This is 6 months of going out since July. Work recommends we get jabbed. I have not been to no large gigs. As I said before I am not that bothered by unvaccinated going places now I'm boosted. Masks on public transport is a good idea, especially this time of year. I would prefer not to get COVID19 or the flu/cold/a.n. other chest infection from a tram or train in January.
1
@stevemiller9299 Omicron? Depends which country in terms of what you have to produce travel, Say you are right? So what? People getting Omicron is not the issue, it is people ending up in ICU which you are far LESS likely to do if you if you are vaccinated.
1
@harrybagley9603 because you're an immunologist?
