Scientific research, the kind that actually means something in Science involves getting to a place where you are familiar the concepts and are aware of the details. This takes years of study, practical experience and getting through rigorous examination. That is just the first step, familiarity with the cutting edge work of those in the field via the peer reviewed journals. MSc, PhD then a few years post doctoral work to get to the level required to be involved in the kind of work on viruses and vaccines in 2020. They had already been doing this work for years. What they don't do is go on Facebook and Twitter for a few days and decide they are now experts.

If you do not want to get vaccinated no one can force you. If you want to work where a vaccine is required you cannot force them to take you. It works both ways. If you want to learn about science from the scientifically illiterate no one can stop you.
