@trevorcampbell9294 Ok. Did not know that. Do you have a source for that info? I used wiki which can be good but it can be sketchy on some areas.

Wow, every time the female detective makes progress the pastor detective does his best to mess it up. In between playing with his phone.

@barrronessa What colour is Satan?
1
51.21 wtf? What is that? Escapism ?
1
@lefu87williford55 Was there physical or sexual abuse? Did they beat her rape her? What about the brother what is his view? Perhaps she was a spoilt psychopath? Piano lessons skating lessons nice house food clothes and no returns. They expected dedication in return. If you are saying her actions were justified then I am saying no. If you are picking a horse I think that is wrong too. I am not and that should be obvious from my posts. Authoritarian is NOT the same as abusive. Did the parents commit a crime? Child cruelty? Child abuse? Also she was FREE to leave.

@Shell2164 Yes, not nice options. However the law says that killing them is not an option.
1
19.18 the cop thumb twiddling, is that a thing?
1
I may have watched too many of these
1
If I ever kill anyone I want that cop to head up the investigation and take me for interview. I would get off with the crime and also get compensation from the police for wrongful arrest and aggregated use of bungling clichés.
1
Yeah but he didn't stay so had him wacked at a later date. Doing time as a lifer has its perks.
1
Wow, that was a journey.
1
@jredd801 That's genius on some scales
1
@Gos1234567 40 is 'idiot' I think. Some of the nomenclature is pretty funny actually, not politically correct.
1
@derp195 Absolutely!
1
@returnofthesnatch Nothing wrong? Is murder legal in your state?
1
@estieeu2364 Scary as hell. We really don't get the gun thing over here (UK)
1
I don't think he should have got in the suitcase.
1
@MajinLordVegeta Agreed. Even the attorneys did not want a relationship with her.
1
@Sqwan2 I play drums btw. If you check my recent posts I would be honoured. I checked your channel
1
@Sqwan2 No I hadn't guessed that English is not your first Lang. You are obviously intelligent! I need to watch again and more importantly find out which details were given to the jury. That is what is important for me. I will check in soon mate.
1
@Sqwan2 That's good thanks. Yes we learn more from each other being civil. What is your native language? If I may ask?
1
@tedlambert12 I watched it again. Some key things missing for me. I would have liked to have seen some of the cross examination. She did not actually tell police where the body was? Also no details about where how and why she dumped the body.
1
@Sqwan2 I have some good American contacts, I suppose they are like everyone else, some decent and others not so much.
1
@Sqwan2 As soon as someone reverts to insults you know the argument must be weak. Also the smart people ask questions, those who have made their minds up already will not learn. This case we have been talking about gets even more bizarre, law suits against Casey Anthony after the trial and details in the trial too. Her father got rid of the body??? She did not speak at the trial? Very strange.
1
@just_passing_through Is this for me?
1
@just_passing_through I am totally ignoring the charade she presented. I am just focusing on the fact the child died in her care and was dumped in a swamp with duct tape round the head. Someone from her IPE googled suffocation the night before and then the kid was never seen again. As a parent, the absolute LAST thing I would do is dump my kid in a swamp after accidentally drowning, get a tattoo that life is beautiful, enter in my diary that it was 'the right decision' then go party. She killed that kid and got rid of the body.
1
@just_passing_through It's really not a good idea to speak to someone who you never met like that. I just listed the facts. READ my post
1
@just_passing_through I do understand the 'concept of evidence' I have a degree in applied Biology and use something called the Scientific method in my job. Empiricism. Something you may not be aware of.
1
@just_passing_through Curious, tattoo, partying etc not evidence. Yes. Why you miss duct tape out? Wrapped around the the nose and mouth?
1
@just_passing_through I would have thought that a recovered body with duct tape round the head was a fact AND evidence of foul play. The claims are that the father got rid of the body and child accidentally drowned in the pool remember. Why the duct tape? Why did her car smell of rotting flesh? The father recognised that smell remember? Why was he surprised and concerned by that smell if he dumped it? They left the body hanging about till it started to rot then dumped it in a swamp. Is that evidence of accidental drowning or evidence of foul play? On wiki (not verified but it is another source) it says someone else did the search using her pc and the father dumped the body. She lied about everything up to the point she was arrested and after two years presented a story we being asked to treat as the truth. It is not evidence she is a murderer but it is evidence that she is a liar and comfortable telling lies. One final thing and it's annoying we only get snippets in court. How did the child drown? Was the child just left alone in the garden? Where there was a pool? Did anyone call 911? Attempt to resuscitate? Do these accidents happen? Yes. However the jury was asked to believe this was an accident via her testimony.
1
@just_passing_through I am not focusing on her lies, I don't need to prove she lied. I am looking at the body, evidence relating to that and plausibility of a two year old died accidentally dying in her mother's care then ended up in a swamp. The drowning was just another lie so what happened?
1
@just_passing_through The trial lasted 6 weeks and we saw next to nothing. Too many things missing. Casey Anthony did not take the stand I would have asked the following to the father/mother. Who found the body? Where? CPR attempted? Why no 911? Then what? Who dumped it? When? How do you explain the duct tape? Why did Cindy say the car 'smelled like a dead body?' If they dumped the body why the surprised the car smelled that way? Who told Casey her daughter was dead? (She said she didn't know) Why didn't she insist on calling 911. Why the Google search for chloroform and suffocation? The day before she was never seen again? I could go on. I'm not trained in law in any way and I have done one Jury service in the 1990s but that's it. I'm just a curious guy asking questions.
1
@ericabouchard8786 I am not involved with law so I would be interested in a neutral qualified view on this from a professional. All my mates are STEM guys.
1
@ericabouchard8786 It would be nice if the law protected two year olds who died in questionable circumstances first and foremost.
1
@ericabouchard8786 Yes I read that.
1
@unknownname6519 Yes the drowning story was complete crock. She was interviewed recently and she claimed that she 'Did not know' what happened to Kaylee so all that nonsense was a lie in court. The abuse story was also contradicted by the father so that could have been bullshit too.
1
@grazisamor1991 Yeah I don't think she regretted the crime as much as getting caught.
1
He mumbled something at 2.18 when told about the fact the guy died
