Googleisgay Googleispaedos Drs and pathologists have not suddenly completely forgotten how to do their job. We also have analysis from the stats guys, this is why they took numbers OFF the total in the UK last year. They analyse data usually going back 5 years or so and do year by year month by month comparisons. This is first world approach, trickier in India Africa where people get sick and die without getting on the radar. 1918 flu, look at estimates for dead, range is a factor of 2.
