  2. Beings from a parallel Earth (space dimensions that we are not aware of) or beings from Earth's future (time travelers). Both are examples of interdimensional beings.

  3. It is interesting that congresswoman Luna mentioned that David Grusch never said "Extra-Terrestrial or alien". That Grusch specifically said "interdimensional". I think that might be a clue to what these things might be. Purely speculating but these beings are either from a parallel universe (a parallel earth) or from a different time (time travelers) which would be as incredible as aliens from our own space-time dimension.
