I've followed Brian Greene since the 90s and the guy definitely knows his stuff and is an excellent communicator.

Most scientists say that actually! That is why so much effort is done by scientists to try to quantify the uncertainties of an experiment.

@ LOL! Dude we are talking about advanced civilizations here that are perhaps 1 million or 1 billion years ahead of us in terms of technology and physics. They laugh at our physics! Of course that is of course if they exist. We might be alone. So far there is zero evidence that life exists elsewhere.

@kristenjanosco8409 I think until humans are able to create life from its raw ingredients then the rare earth hypothesis is the best one.
