  1. What I think is sad is that some children on the high end of the spectrum used to get put into special ed. That slows down their learning. Hopefully today, they do a better job of recognizing when students are on the spectrum and treat them in a way that is to their advantage

  2. I can relate to tapping things. If I sit around a table with "friends " and I can't get in a word, I will tap something that I find lying on the table. That is part of being hyper (ADHD). Which is a small part of being autistic
