  10. I worked for a company that moved to Florida. The state they moved from was a union state. My guess is the workers went on strike. I never noticed anything about how the company was run that would cause a strike, but then I don't know the standards in the state they left

  13. What I think was neat. I worked the graveyard shift as a Security Officer. A Pizza delivery man gave me a leftover pizza. Delivery has to be fast so they always have pizzas made ahead of time. I am sure they try to guess how many to make for any given hour

  14. Even before I knew about Ford, I never owned one. I started purchasing cars dated 1972. I guess the quality wasn't there. I owned a Toyota, Nissan, Pontiac, AMC, a few Chevys.

The last TV set I got with a player was a piece of c... I stopped watching TV a long time before streaming started. That's okay, because they are cranking out movies at such a pace that they no longer make good stories. I just quit

  17. Be wary of this anti virus thing. It can and has caused viruses on phones. They scare you by telling you that your phone has a virus when you may not have one until after you subscribe to their service. Not sure this company still exists?

  19. It's sad the way they run their stores today. They prioritize drive thru. If you walk in, you have to wait until drive thru is empty. Surely they can hire one more employee to take care of walk ins. When they totally lost me is when I walked in and I was marched right over to an order kiosk. I walked out and never turned back

  23. I grew up when TV was free. Not as complicated. I now only watch what is free on YouTube. When they start charging, I will just go back to doing what I did before smart phones. If that goes away I will figure something out. Ride my bicycle 🚲 more or sleep more

  28. I lived through what Walmart did in the area in which I was in the 70s and 80s. They move into an area. The other stores don't have good customer service and Walmart provides it. Then when they put the other guys under, they withdraw their customer service.

I have noticed that they have their own companies. Great Value, and Mainstay. I haven't been in a Walmart for years. I have at least 3 stores that I use instead

  32. I don't like B&J. There is too much going on. I like plain and simple flavors. This goes beyond ice cream. I don't like whipped topping on anything. Someone makes a glazed cinnamon roll with brownie chunks on top. I don't like cakes, all that frosting and icing. What do you call that pasta dish that has tuna in it? Not fond of that either

  48. I don't like. I mean, they have to be careful who they franchise out to. I have no problem with India, but they don't know how to cook..I forget what breakfast item I used to get. It is always undercooked. Maybe grilled cheese? Afraid of overtoasting? When you shut the store, go to the grill and experiment until you figure out time and temperature. Their coffee is too expensive for what it is

  50. As I grew older, I didn't play with toys so much. I preferred to explore the town I was living in. About the age of 8. Living in Port Orange for a time was a bummer. We lived in a trailer park near a busy road. I did run around the trailer park quite a bit. I bet everyone knew who I was.
