As a child, I almost exclusively ate a bad breakfast pop tarts, pancakes, cereal
4
I am sorry. I was sitting with someone who was at least 400 pounds overweight. What she chose to eat for lunch and at copious amounts. I know another individual who will eat a whole cake in one day. Whatever else he ate? I am not saying that I am a skinny Minnie. I was getting up there at one point. It's the poor choices that people make at the start of their journey. Their appetite becomes more voracious as they go. Just make up your mind that you don't want to be that way anymore. Of course, you need to eat a healthy balance and at 1400 calories. I have heard of people wanting to lose weight but they can't. It is because they aren't getting enough calories
2
Some of my cousins had a Deutsche mother. You can imagine the healthy breakfast that she served
2
Be careful about how you word things. I don't know any source that says eat a lot of brown bread. They say eat that instead of white. Don't get me wrong, you do have the best videos out there. There are 2 other doctors that I absolutely do not like listening to
2
You do need to stress your muscles. However, weight lifting, bands, or just a regular workout like push-ups and sit-ups. I used to work out at a gym. I quit after I got a bicycle 🚲 I have little muscle strength now, except for my legs
1
I would not recall using a stationary bicycle if you have a pinched sciatic. I have one that wasn't fixed. I can ride a road bicycle. Anyone who needs to hear this, slow everything down; walking, stair climbing, no running
1
I need to get back to what works for me. Pumping iron every other day. Riding bicycle about every day.
1
Not everyone can do what you say. IDK if you recommend seeing a doctor? Or, like me, pay attention to what your body tells you. With me, it's about what I have hurt. I can't climb steep hills on my bicycle. If I do, I pay for it the next 3 days
1
I have very little of any of these. But TY for sharing, how many people need this
1
Foods that can heal. Why are you talking about what not to eat?
1
Thank You for covering seeds. I never did get on the first one you mentioned
1
I have listened to you for three and a half hours. I learned nothing. For one, I know an awful lot already. Two, if you listen to too many of your videos, you are extremely repetitive. And,the biggest, you get too technical. By the time you get to the point I am tuned out. Kudos to you for the people you do reach
1
That's 25 minutes I won't get back!
1
Thirteen minutes in and I'm baling
1
I know what you mean, but when I think of diet I mean what you eat. I guess most people don't think of it that way
1
And don't tell me keto. That isn't for everyone
1
I would like to hear your take on Ezekiel Bread. There is another that I know of, so IDK how many similar breads There are?
1
Anyone coming here. When it comes to getting exercise, do what works for you. I can't do what this video days as I have a pinched sciatic
1
Your videos aren't for me. You get too technical. A program like Weight Watchers. They give you practical information without getting too technical. Sorry dude, that is what works for me
1
I heard that 70% of your genetic disease is up to what you do with it. 30% is what was passed on to you
1
You might want to look into the rule of clean meats. The source that I came across doesn't list the animals, it describes the characteristics of the animal. I am not allergic. I haven't eaten certain meats in a long time. If I try to eat them, I get sick because they are unclean. I can't eat any pork product. When the animal comes from the water, it has to have fins and scales. No bottom dwellers. I can't eat sausage, no pepperoni or other such...
1
I have a vegan cookbook. There is a recipe for pancakes. Just make sure that your skillet is hot enough. No oil necessary
1
@Fern_Yaz_Music_Pets The organic veggies that I can purchase are twice the price. I can't afford nonorganic never mind 2× the price
1
@cherylmcconnells7473 Right, I caught that too
1
Do you understand that coffee works differently on the brains of people with ADHD? I am not sure how it affects the serotonin and other chemical interaction
1
A few years ago I got hooked on Frostie. Thank Goodness I stopped. I haven't had one in at least 5 years ago
1
I wish you wouldn't get into the science of things. We aren't all science minded. You just distract me, and may keep me from getting the info that I really need. I am not saying that I have a low IQ. I just can't absorb all that science jargon
1
TY You did lose me the further I went into the video
1
TY for explaining. There is so much information out there. But they don't explain. They usually try to sell a product
1
I like the way you ended. One day you will have to remember to get a cat 😂
1
TY for covering this. I was just concerned with what distance you need to cover?
1
I can't walk fast or run due to damage done to my body. I need to take it slowly
1
IDT you are answering the questions that I have?
1
What do you think about walking on your toes as opposed to heal to toe? That's how our ancestors used to hunt. If they walked on their heels they would have starved because the animals could hear them coming. Besides toe walking being good for calf muscles
1
When my doctor runs a blood test when it's obvious that I get enough sun exposure. I mean checking for D. I show no signs of having that deficiency. I knew a woman who was dying, she was 30. I was in my 50s and was healthier than that woman at 30
1
Thank You for explaining about oats. There is a doctor that says don't eat oatmeal without giving any context. Doctor says they are only there to fatten, Dr says horses specifically
1
At the turn of the century, I saw 2 very heavy boys (maybe 12) with mom and dad at a fast food joint. I wonder if that is all they eat? I grew up in the 60s and 70s. There weren't very many overweight people, less than 1%. My father would take us out occasionally to a restaurant. I am not saying that we had the best food at home, cans and boxes.
1
I had a cousin that thought red wine was good for you. She passed st the age of 62. She was my older cousin. I have outlived her in years. Who knows what else she was doing that damaged her health?
1
These days they say stevia and monk fruit
1
Spoke too soon. TY for explaining
1
I use high quality butter. Yup, my parents raised us on margarine.
