  14. I saw a segment of the Cosby Show. He was openly being racist. The boy was white and significantly over weight. It was very obvious to me what he was doing. How much control did others have over this? A producer or director other than Bill?

  15. A couple years ago I looked up Cats in the Cradle. It was easier to find Cat. After a while it came up the guy who wrote it. Harry Chapin? This was a big song when I was a child. I would call the radio station to play it. I would always turn somersaults. I bet the DJ was glad when I moved on to other interests. He sure was a nice guy

  18. Most remakes I don't like. I will admit that I only saw some of these. I preferred the remake of "House on Haunted Hill". Iam not saying that they didn't do their best on the original. They used the best actors of the time. One reason the remake did better could be due to better effects. What was it filmed 5 decades later

  33. I refuse to pay to watch TV. I watch YouTube on my phone. I won't pay to watch movies no matter how much I might want to see them. And the number of ads we have to suffer through is ridiculous. I don't have the money for whatever they are trying to sell. The men who run these corporations, the wealthy off the sweat of the little guy. Be more generous with salaries. I am just waiting for the day the whole system comes crashing down

Though I think Jennifer is a fantastic actress, when she pouted about putting on that makeup. I believe that's what ended Mystic. As far as I know, Rebecca didn't complain

  39. I watched one episode of Cosby Show. Part of it, he was making fun of a very overweight white boy. Maybe some people watching it would defend him saying that it was part of the skit. I saw it for what it was. He made me sick to my stomach 🤮 Shame on everyone involved in casting him just for that reason.

  46. The portrayal of Guerin won over the respect of her family towards Blanchett. They gave her a standing ovation. I have had nothing but the greatest respect for her since then. There is more than one Irish accent. Veronica spoke one that is more difficult to replicate

  49. I was never a big fan of Cosby. I did watch him over the years (mainly the 60s and 70s). I believe he voiced Fat Albert? Even before the allegations came out. I believe it was called The Cosby Show, he did something openly racist on his show. They were having a children's party (birthday?), he was bouncing a fat white boy on his leg. The look on Cosby's face disgusted me! I guess it was in the name of comedy? It wasn't funny. That should have been a warning sign to everyone!
