Sounds fool proof to me, especially with an 8% interest rate rn" One might not be able to get one's student loan discharged through bankruptcy but that doesn't make them risk-free to creditors. Borrowers might still simply default on their payments. Creditors may attempt to collect on the loans but if the borrowers simply don't have enough assets or income that might not work.
