  1. For a lot of people, that figure would be $0 as they'd rely entirely on public healthcare. She seems to have some kind of private insurance on top of that which I guess can be handy in some situations, but it's not what would pay for any major operations.

  6.  Kilo Byte  That $11 is for voluntary private insurance. When I said $0 I meant many don't pay for a private health insurance at all.
