  1. 4:40 I don't think this argument is sufficient. I'm not making a claim about who blew up the pipes. However, if Russia wanted to do it it could do so easily by just sending explosives inside the pipes with maintenance robots. I'm not claiming that's necessarily what happened but merely that Russia too had at least the capability to blow the pipes up surreptitiously so we can't rule them out based on capabilities alone.
