I've usually seen it translated as "Kinship War". I think "Tribal Wars" might give a wrong impression.

@ristusnotta1653 : Both words have several meanings and I don't think the meanings match in this case. One common meaning for both "tribe" and "heimo" is "a smallish (couple of thousand individuals) social group formed of families/clans and with a low amount of social hierarchy", especially in less technologically advanced societies. I think the combination "tribal wars" in English would tend to bring to mind this meaning and thus conjure an image of warfare involving these kinds of groups (like Native American tribes etc.). However, in this case the word "heimo" is used to refer to the different Finnic ethnicities. The English word "tribe" is also sometimes used with similar connotations, like in the case of the 12 Tribes of Israel, but in this case the translation "Tribal Wars" just works rather poorly. Words often don't have 1-to-1 correspondence in meaning and translation can be tricky. Sorry to be so nitpicky but I think the semantics are pretty interesting. :)
