I'm assuming calling it a "medical call" means that the person had some kind of emergency not related the job they were doing (such as e.g. a heart attack).

@whahala555 It might not be impossible though not the most likely reason. It was just an example what could be the reason for the call such that it's not related to the work which was what "medical call" seemed to mean.
