  6. When it comes to "Ungoogled" being in the name, it's not obvious to me that it's a problem. The purpose of trademarks and trademark laws is to make clear the origin of products. Thus, I can't make my own product and mislead people into thinking it's a Google product by using the Google logo or other similar trademarks. However, the name having the prefix un- should make it extra clear that it's not a Google product which might a good defense against any claim of trademark violation (but IANAL).

  12.  @RustIsWinning  Doesn't count as what? As a vtuber? It would be pretty strange to say that playing a role would disqualify one from being vtuber. For many, many vtubers playing a role is a significant part of being a vtuber.
