  2.  @RustIsWinning  Doesn't count as what? As a vtuber? It would be pretty strange to say that playing a role would disqualify one from being vtuber. For many, many vtubers playing a role is a significant part of being a vtuber.

  3.  @RustIsWinning  I'm not entirely sure if I understood correctly but I think that doesn't disqualify one from being a vtuber. Also, I just checked and she's included on Vtuber Wiki so that should settle the question conclusively. :)

  4.  @RustIsWinning  That's understandable, if you've known about them for long through another identity. For me, this was the first time I heard of them so I didn't have an image of them as a non-vtuber.

  5.  @RustIsWinning  One more thing I want to add (which I should've said in a previous comment), playing a role that plays a role isn't unprecedented because at least Hyakumantenbara Salome something like that (I think).
