  3.  @dexdrako  OK, but is it like outside money invested into a company that Musk controls? If not, it's quite different from Theranos in the sense that it raised money that was squandered by Holmes (who lied to investors by e.g. using competitors' devices in demonstrations). At least it seems to me that Musk isn't guilty of fraud unlike Holmes even though Hyperloop is a pretty long shot that will likely not succeed.
