  1. It sounds like you're criticizing oil companies for not drilling more. Shouldn't you be happy that they're restricting supply because it means less greenhouse emissions?

  2.  @dexxus8078  The price of solar panels have gone down a lot. They are now a very sound investment, at least in sunny locations. "HILARIOUSLY energy-inefficient" Commercial panels are something like 20% efficient. That's not hilarious. Nuclear plants are something like 35% efficient so the difference isn't so great. With the current low prices they do make a lot of sense in favorable locations.
