@juzzlookin Whatever you think of those agreements and their implementation that doesn't change the fact that Putin seems intent on dictating what Ukraine should do despite speaking against it in the speech he gave. Whether you think it's justified to intervene inside other countries (like Putin has done in Ukraine) or not is another issue. I only wanted to point out that Putin's words and actions seem to be in contradiction, that's all.
