  1. Absolute monarchies are better than Republics. It is better to have a leader that doesn't get replaced every 4 years. As a result, monarchs will do what is good for the long term health of the country. Elected leaders only care about what happens in their 4 to 8 years in office. After that term, it is someone else's problem.
