  1. If these foreigners bought up U.S. real estate, it would really bring the housing market out of the slump it was in from 2007. The price of real estate would sky rocket. Let's say there are 400,000 homes worth about $3,000,000 each, there are about 40 million homes worth $300,000+. Can $7 trillion handle it? The sum of all those homes are worth about $13.2 trillion. That is excluding commercial real estate.

You really don't need that many people. A lot of people believe we don't produce much in the USA, but we actually do. We produce a lot of the things we need in the USA.   13. No need to do that. Factories and manufacturing plants have become highly automated. The need for low wage and low skilled workers is coming to an end. Modern factories and factories of the future will use fewer and fewer people. You will have a plant with some essential workers, technicians, technologists, and engineers running plants which previously hired thousands of people.

  19. I majored in mathematics and computer science, I don't believe in conspiracy theories. Science is about hard facts, there is no such a thing as believing in or belief. In science, you have to prove things with experiments. I can't say I believe the deep state exists. I can't believe the theory of gravity is real, I know it is real, because you can prove it with experiments empirically. You need to put your faith in belief, because it is all bunch of nonsense. This is why I have a real career that pays a 6 figure salary, and you are a conspiracy theorist.

You people have been talking about it for 6 years, and there is just modest inflation. I do have gold, and platinum but it is only like 20% of my assets. I am well diversified in businesses, stocks, bonds, real estate, fiat currencies, etc. Listen. Central banks can control inflation by raising interest rates, and in deflationary times they can lower interest rates.

I will buy real estate, buy a real business, and make a monthly revenue in fiat money. I will buy gold when it is at rock bottom prices. No one cares about gold or silver, the average person wouldn't buy a silver 1 ounce coin for $1. Mark Dice made a video about it.   29. There will be other jobs created as a result of computerization and automation. There will be a demand for people who fix, maintain, and service these machines. The big corporations made billions of dollars in investments in automation. The small businessman can eat crow, they will be pushed out of the market. They have no real access to credit , but the mega corporations have corporate welfare, and they can borrow money at nearly 0%.

  31. You don't understand economics. The U.S. produces enough wealth. Foreigners come to the U.S. to buy high end real estate, and many people want to come and live in the U.S.A.. U.S. produces a lot more things than I can put in this comment bar. The foreigners aren't going to dump those dollars, they will use it to buy something of value. They will buy U.S. businesses, land, real estate, defense equipment, natural resources, automobiles, commercial aircraft, livestock, etc..

More money in the hands of a small percentage of the population will block hyperinflation. As for the majority, who are probably down on their luck will only get enough money to survive.

  34. The trade deficit doesn't matter, because the countries the U.S. trades with buy U.S. treasury bonds. They will try to inflate the value of the dollar, because it makes their goods cheaper. The point of propping up the dollar is to keep their people working. At the same time, wealthy foreigners come to the U.S. and buy high end real estate. These countries that trade with the U.S. can buy stuff they need from the U.S.A., like chemical fertilizers, agricultural commodities, etc.

  41. You have to gauge inflation with the cost of commodities and goods. A gallon of gasoline was about $1.00 in 2000, and today it is about $3.50 to $4.00 per gallon. A barrel of oil in 2000 was about $20, and today it is about $94/barrel. The Dow was about 10,000 in 2000, and today it is about 14,500. The Dow should be 35,000 to 47,000 now. If you kept you money in stocks for the past 13 years, and you didn't make a return of at least 400% you lost money.

  46. If you put 90% or all of your investments in gold and silver, you better have enough money to survive on when it they go down 50% or more from when you bought it. If you don't, you will have to sell it at rock bottom prices to just pay your bills and cover for cost of living expenses. That is the truth. Since I still do have a job, I didn't put all my money into gold/platinum, I will just focus my attention on my career and other investments. I will make money from them, and buy cheap gold.
