  1. Chinese people that live in China, and Chinese people that live overseas save more than 50% of their income. Somehow, the Western MM think this is bad. I am sorry, but our cultural values are different from Western values.

  2.  @cedriclynch  Rising real estate values are bad. If you own a home, property taxes, and homeowners insurance goes up. For people that rent, the price of rents go up and that is a big burden on people. For young people that try to buy a home, it makes extremely difficult. At the same, interest rates are up, which adds more difficulty.
