  1. Cheap energy is what fuels economic growth. Somehow the collective West believes renewable energy can replace oil, LNG, coal, and uranium. Renewable energy is good, but it isn't enough to provide for the needs of 8 billion people. Renewable energy can supplement legacy energy sources, but it cannot replace it. The BRICS nations have rational people running their governments, while the collective West has idealogues running their governments. Most of these ideologies aren't realistic, because your beliefs and reality are two different things.
