  1. Electric vehicles are easier to produce, because they have less moving parts. They don't need a lot of maintenance either, so car mechanics will also be out of a job when EVs become popular. You don't have to have finely machined parts, like internal combustion engine cars. China also has a complete supply chain for battery technologies which makes it the ideal country to mass produce EVs.
