  1. When I was in my 20s, I found a regular 9 to 8 job after I graduated from university. It wasn't no 9 to 5, it was 9 to 8. It was 9-8-5, 9 am to 8 pm 5 days a week. After I did that for 23 years, I got laid off. Luckily, I made enough and saved enough to retire early. Just go get a regular job, and you can do that part time stuff later after you have the dough. This is what I am doing now.

  3. You need to just follow the normal course. Graduate from college, get a 9 to 5 job, do this for 10 to 15 years, save as much as you can, invest it, and try to retire early.
