  7. I don't think so. The 200,000 artilley rounds along with 90 howitzers along with old armored vehicles isn't enough. The Russians are using 400,000 to 500,000 artillery rounds in Donbas in a single day. Most of the supplies sent by the West won't make it to the frontlines in time.
